Hello and best wishes to all the kind, altruistic, Happy people of the world. The burning question that most of us have... is peace on Earth achievable? Yes? When? No? Why? In my nearly 50 years of life, I still ask myself, quite often WHY can't we all live in Peace. I know that the idea of total peace seems like an impossible task. Take the Middle East for instance. You can debate for days, years, and most likely, nothing positive will learned. Why? We already know the answer, which is really the same whether your talking about Africa or China. INGORANCE. POLITICS. RELIGION. Add these 3 and you have a caustic potion that keeps peace at bay. It is stunning and scary when you reflect on the amazing achievements of man - especially in the last 20 years - and yet, the absolute shear madness that permeates many parts of the world from India to Ivory Coast to North Korea is soul shattering. The Indiscriminate suffering has to stop. WILL IT, IN MY LIFETIME? I think about it all the time. A planet of peace. Stay positive all you good people. Stay positive and do your best to help someone less fortunate. Humor is always a true panacea for the mind and soul.
